Building Confidence, Skills, and Community for Youth

At The Summit Youth Wellness Centre, we provide programs designed to support the whole person, physically, emotionally, and socially.

Through sports, mentorship, life skills, and creative opportunities, youth build confidence, develop real-world skills, and find a sense of belonging in a supportive community.

Youth will have access to structured training, team-based activities, and opportunities to develop discipline, leadership, and a strong sense of belonging.

The adult man has darker curly hair, a beard, and is wearing a black hoodie and cap, sitting on an armchair. There is a black sign on the wall that reads, 'You matter. You belong. You can.' Behind him, a whiteboard with questions for check-in is visible. On the table, there is a mug and a notebook, along with a potted plant and a small whiteboard with motivational phrases.

Supporting mental health, identity, and personal growth through mentorship and safe connections.

Through one-on-one support and group conversations, youth will build self-awareness, resilience, and strong relationships with trusted mentors who truly see and support them.
